• Cancellations made up to 45 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made after that time are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Trouble Completing Your Registration?

I’ve entered all my info on the page, but it won’t let me click to “Continue” my registration!?!

Your information is missing from a mandatory field marked with an asterisk (*). The most common problem spots are the Phone field, which requires the Country code (+1 for the USA), and the Address field. The section causing your error is highlighted with an orange box.

I'm trying to register my guest, but when I click the link, it says I'm already registered.

Your browser recognizes you and the ticket you've already purchased. If you switch to a private browser like Incognito, you shouldn't have any further trouble. Please note that you must register your guest with a unique email address (you can't use the same email address to register two people).

IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL ATTENDEES, INCLUDING MEMBERS/AGENCY OWNERS, ASSOCIATES, AND GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED. Every attendee will receive a badge at registration and will be required to wear it at all times.
