Question: What’s included?
Answer: We serve a light breakfast with coffee, lunch, an afternoon snack, and a cocktail hour with more snacks! For the cost of your registration, we fill your brains with a day of learning and fill your bellies with lots of great dining. Parking at this venue is complimentary.
Question: Can I bring a Guest?
Answer: Roadshow attendance is limited to WorldVia Members + Associates only. If you have someone helping with your agency, this may be the time to consider our Team Plan!
Please Note: Exceptions are always made for caregivers or other medical needs. Please contact Member Success so we can make any necessary accommodations.
Question: Do I have to stay at the Roadshow hotel?
Answer: No. The group often stays together chatting away long after the Roadshow has ended, making our venue hotels the best place to stay! But there is no requirement – you’re welcome to join “just” for the Roadshow.
