Question: What is a "New Travel Advisor"?
Answer: This is a great question! "New" means something different to everyone.
If you've just started in the industry in the last few months, you know you are new. But you may have even a few years of experience, but still feel new. Our "New Travel Advisor" events are designed to build or strengthen your foundation as a business owner and travel advisor. If you think you're doing it the hard way or if you don't have the confidence you're growing from solid ground, this is for you!
Question: Should I come to the Navigator + the Roadshow?
Answer: Yes!
We've planned these two events back-to-back with Navigator first specifically for new advisors to meet key partners (and each other!) and get some basics about their brands *before* you jump into What's New and What's Hot for 2026 at the Roadshow. You'll also get to know Team WorldVia and get some guidance specifically for our new advisors. You can absolutely attend one or the other, but there is a lot of value in attending both.

Question: What’s included?
Answer: We serve a light breakfast with coffee, lunch, an afternoon snack, and a cocktail hour with more snacks! For the cost of your registration, we fill your brains with a day of learning and fill your bellies with lots of great dining.
At the hotel, there is Valet Parking Only. Day Use $25, Overnight $48 & Oversized vehicles $60, Max height 6'5". Subject to Change. There are many public parking options nearby; check out Sundance Square Garage #4 (enter on Fifth Street).
Question: Can I bring a Guest?
Answer: Roadshow attendance is limited to WorldVia Members + Associates only. If you have someone helping with your agency, this may be the time to consider our Team Plan!
Please Note: Exceptions are always made for caregivers or other medical needs. Please contact Member Success so we can make any necessary accommodations.
Question: Do I have to stay at the Navigator hotel?
Answer: No. The group often stays together chatting away long after the event has ended, making our venue hotels the best place to stay! But there is no requirement – you’re welcome to join “just” for the Navigator.
