WorldVia may terminate its obligations under this ticket purchase if such obligations are prevented by any of the above. Attendee acknowledges public and governmental actions previously taken in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic and agrees to assume all risks associated with the pandemic and all public and governmental actions in connection therewith. Attendee agrees that presence at the event is explicitly premised upon attendee’s assumption of risk.

By participating in this event, you agree to the following: 1) You may be filmed, photographed, or recorded; 2) Such Media may be used, reproduced, published, and exploited by WorldVia and its affiliates globally, in perpetuity, without compensation or your approval; 3) You waive any claims against WorldVia Parties for invasion of privacy, defamation, or any related actions regarding the Media; 4) You release WorldVia Parties from any claims for damages related to the use of the Media, unless proven that such use was maliciously intended to cause ridicule or harm.

As a condition of traveling with our partners, we require that our members follow our WorldVia Travel Code of Conduct. This policy is not intended to be all-inclusive; it should serve as a general guideline to ensure all guests, including those from the industry, can enjoy their experience while traveling.WorldVia members and their guests may not: • Disclose FAM/reduced rates paid to WorldVia or our Partners in any capacity.• Advertise or solicit your professional travel services.• Engage in inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive behavior, including verbal/physical abuse, solicitation, harassment, vandalism, theft, violence, use of false identification, possession of illegal substances, or failure to follow security instructions.
