Crown Getaway Agenda

The Crown Getaway is our annual celebration for our Diamond and Crown Members, where you can kick back, network with your colleagues, and be pampered! What's on the agenda? Lavish amenities, scrumptious food, unique adventures, and of course, fun! You and a guest are invited to join us at Secrets Mirabel Cancun Resort & Spa, an adults-only escape opening mid-summer 2025, offering beauty and enchantment around every corner.We look forward to welcoming your guests to all activities and events, except for the site inspection. Our goal is to make the Crown Getaway a true vacation for you. We humbly request your attendance at our group activities (particularly the site inspection, as a good partner gesture to our hosts at Hyatt Inclusive Collection), but it is not required.

Event and Session details, Terms, and Conditions are subject to change. If there are any changes implemented, we will advise you via your registration email.

The event is subject to acts of God, war, government regulations, disasters, fire, strikes, labor disputes, civil disorder, acts and/or threats of terrorism, curtailment of transportation due to national or government restrictions, or similar cause beyond the control of WorldVia making it illegal or impossible to hold the event. WorldVia may terminate its obligations under this ticket purchase if such obligations are prevented by any of the above. Attendee acknowledges public and governmental actions previously taken in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic and agrees to assume all risks associated with the pandemic and all public and governmental actions in connection therewith. Attendee agrees that presence at the event is explicitly premised upon attendee’s assumption of risk.

As a condition of traveling with our partners, we require that our members follow our WorldVia Travel Code of Conduct. This policy is not intended to be all-inclusive; it should serve as a general guideline to ensure all guests, including those from the industry, can enjoy their experience while traveling.WorldVia members and their guests may not: • Disclose FAM/reduced rates paid to WorldVia or our Partners in any capacity.• Advertise or solicit your professional travel services.• Engage in inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive behavior, including verbal/physical abuse, solicitation, harassment, vandalism, theft, violence, use of false identification, possession of illegal substances, or failure to follow security instructions.

By participating in this event, you agree to the following: 1) You may be filmed, photographed, or recorded; 2) Such Media may be used, reproduced, published, and exploited by WorldVia and its affiliates globally, in perpetuity, without compensation or your approval; 3) You waive any claims against WorldVia Parties for invasion of privacy, defamation, or any related actions regarding the Media; 4) You release WorldVia Parties from any claims for damages related to the use of the Media, unless proven that such use was maliciously intended to cause ridicule or harm.

Booking, Payment, + Cancellation Policy<ul><li>All room bookings are confirmed with payment and available on a first-come, first-served basis.</li><li>Name Changes for the lead passenger are not permitted. Name changes for guests must be completed no later than September 30th.</li></ul>
