ALL MEMBERS + ASSOCIATES:Cancellations made up to 45 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after that time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. We must institute this policy as we rely on our registrations to ensure we order enough food and beverages for meals and set up the meeting rooms appropriately.

By picking up your name badge onsite, you agree to be photographed or video-recorded for future marketing purposes.

The event is subject to acts of God, war, government regulations, disasters, fire, strikes, labor disputes, civil disorder, acts and/or threats of terrorism, curtailment of transportation due to national or government restrictions, or similar cause beyond the control of WorldVia making it illegal or impossible to hold the event. WorldVia may terminate its obligations under this ticket purchase if such obligations are prevented by any of the above. Attendee agrees that presence at the event is explicitly premised upon attendee’s assumption of risk.
